The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies for the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering expert services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency mentioned it's alarmed about the higher number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the large range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This sassa status check is website certainly due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office focused on service the area daily. The services level produced for intervention encounters a significant inflow of possible beneficiaries, that makes it tricky for your office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more assets to permit the servicing of all shoppers and enhance usage of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
